Quality Operations

LinkedBio pursues trustworthy project delivery through our Quality Management System (QMS) and sponsor information protection.

QMS

QMS (Quality Management System)

LinkedBio manages quality through consistent standards and execution-centered operations.

Beyond delivering clinical projects, the organization itself is designed to run according to defined quality standards.

Those operating standards are applied to projects in the same way, helping maintain consistent quality across diverse environments.

1. SOP-Based Organization

LinkedBio is an SOP-driven organization.

We maintain SOPs with clearly defined performance criteria and roles, and we execute projects on that basis.

Depending on project needs, sponsor or CRO SOPs are applied together so operations stay consistent under agreed standards.

2. Execution-Centered Quality Management

Quality is managed in real execution—not only on paper.

Throughout project operations, LinkedBio continuously manages key issues, risks, and schedule changes, working to address them before problems arise.

3. Compliance-Driven Operation

Every project is run with regulatory requirements as the baseline.

How work is performed and how decisions are made are grounded in GCP and related regulations, minimizing compliance risk in day-to-day operations.

4. Audit & Inspection Experience

LinkedBio team members have hands-on experience preparing for and responding to audits in many settings—including product licensing inspections, CRO audits, site audits, and vendor audits.

That experience informs how we operate so audit and inspection readiness can be sustained during project delivery.

5. Data Integrity

Data integrity is managed across operations—not as a standalone procedure disconnected from the work.

In data creation, review, and reporting, we apply foundational principles (ALCOA+) to preserve consistency and traceability.
