These Terms of Use (hereinafter 'Terms') set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LinkedBio Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Company') and users in relation to the use of services provided through the website operated by the Company (https://linkedbio.kr, hereinafter 'Site').

① 'Site' refers to the website (https://linkedbio.kr) operated by the Company to provide its services.

② 'User' refers to any person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.

③ 'Services' refers to all content and functions provided to users through the Site, including company information, service descriptions, recruitment information, inquiry submission, and more.

① These Terms become effective upon posting on the Site.

② The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Modified Terms become effective upon posting on the Site.

③ If a user does not agree to the modified Terms, they may discontinue use of the Site. Continued use of the Site after the implementation of modified Terms shall be deemed as consent to the modified Terms.

① The Company provides the following services:

1. Company and business introduction content

2. Service descriptions (Full-Cycle Development, IND Strategy, Clinical PM, etc.)

3. Recruitment information and job descriptions

4. Business and quotation inquiry submission

5. Other services determined by the Company

② The Company may modify or discontinue services and will provide notice through the Site.

① The Site is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance or other operational needs of the Company.

② The Company is not liable for damages incurred by users due to service interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

① All intellectual property rights to the content posted on the Site (text, images, designs, logos, videos, software, etc.) belong to the Company.

② Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content without the prior written consent of the Company.

③ Use of the Site does not grant users any rights to the Company's intellectual property.

Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Site:

1. Misappropriating others' personal information or providing false information

2. Interfering with the Company's service operations

② Detailed matters regarding sponsor information protection are governed by the Company's Quality Operations Policy.

① The Company is not liable when services cannot be provided due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruptions.

② The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances attributable to the user.

③ Information posted on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not substitute for professional advice. The Company is not responsible for decisions made by users based on information on the Site.

④ The Site may contain links to external websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or use of such external websites.

① In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user related to these Terms, both parties shall negotiate in good faith for an amicable resolution.

② If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall serve as the governing law, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.

① Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and commercial customs.

② Even if a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
